Return and refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or other proof of purchase.
To start a return, please contact us at help@allatonce.store. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Once your return request is approved, the item must be shipped back within 15 days of receiving the return shipping label.
If the returned item is approved upon inspection, you may be eligible for:
- a refund to your original payment method
- an exchange
- store credit or a gift card
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you paid postage to return your order, that cost is also non-refundable.

Cancellation of Orders
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at help@allatonce.store and include your full name and order number.
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will do our best to cancel it and issue a full refund to your original payment method.
If your order has already been shipped or delivered, the order can no longer be canceled, but you may request a return in accordance with this policy and applicable consumer protection laws.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items may not be eligible for return, including:
- items that were worn, used, washed, or damaged after delivery
- items returned without original tags or packaging
- gift cards
- final sale or non-returnable items, where clearly marked

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to request a return for the item you have and, once the return is accepted, place a separate order for the new item, unless we confirm otherwise.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
